Intrusive Energy Removal
​Intrusive energy affects your spiritual, physical and mental health. It's negative energy trapped in the body and comes from several different sources and experiences. Once removed, healing can take place.
Soul Retrieval​
Soul retrieval is a spiritual practice that helps people heal when they experience soul loss. When we have negative experiences and trauma, the soul's way of coping is to leave. Not all of it returns. Healing promotes a comfortable environment so soul fragments that are lost can be brought back and stay.

​Intrusive energy and limiting belief removal can lead to a successful soul retrieval once your body and spirit are ready for lost soul fragments to return. This modality has changed my life. Shamanic Healing has offered a profound amount of healing for me personally, and it’s extremely meaningful to me when I can use it to help others.

Limiting Belief Removal​
Limiting beliefs are taught. They are thoughts and a state of reality that hold us back. One of my biggest limiting beliefs was not believing in myself, my worth and intuitive abilities despite consistent validation. Experiencing the removal of what we think our limits are opens endless possibilities.

My Mother-in-law asked me to go skydiving with her. I didn't want to but decided if she could do it, I would too. She passed away before we could go, so I did it on my own in her memory. I decided to challenge myself further and became a licensed fun jumper. It wasn't easy, the fear was real.

The best part about challenging a fear or limiting belief is the moment you realize you conquered it!

Space Clearing & Smudging Ceremony​
​
Space clearing raises the vibration of your home. It removes stagnant or residual energy through ceremony and smudging. Keeping your home at a high vibration makes it easier to maintain a positive flow in your space.

Occasionally if necessary, I can intuitively tune in to any spirits residing in the home. I approach with humility and ask how I can help so it is a peaceful experience for everyone. I will communicate with them, confirm their needs, offer healing and help them move on in order to restore harmony. I’ve had a lot of unexplained experiences growing up that were scary. Once I gained an understanding that after people pass away they can choose to stay for various reasons, I wanted to learn more. Sometimes they don’t know they’re not alive anymore. Young spirits often just want to play. Some religious folks don’t cross over due to fear of being judged. I learned they are the same as us, just without a body. They usually just want to talk or ask for help, so they seek our attention and that can be frightening. For me it’s not a battle to remove them. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help both sides.

Working with our Guardian Angels, Archangels and guides helps lead us to self empowerment. Gathering in sacred space holds a comfortable environment for us to work in. I scan your energy, chakras, aura and spiritual health. Using the connection between us and our Angels builds a bridge of communication. We can pinpoint and clear blocks, cut energetic cords and balance your chakras. If a conflict is present today because it is connected to a past life, Angels will guide us back to heal, clear and cut the cord between timelines. Learn how to clear, shield and cut cords on your own. We navigate a maze of life. The insights and healing provided gives you a view from above so you can directly exit the maze and walk down your own path, on your own terms. If you wish, we can begin with a topic and read oracle cards. This can open the door to what we should work on during the session. The practice is often seen as a way for our Angels to connect with us about life's curiosities.​

I’m a level 2 Reiki Practitioner working to become a Reiki Master. I‘m grateful for you to work with me as I build my experience. Reiki is a profound tool tapping into life force energy that can break down blocks and issues in the body, promoting healing. It’s a holistic healing approach and complimentary addition to shamanic healing.
Integrative Health Coach
In September of 2020 I completed the Integrative Health Coach program at Mount Royal University following guidelines from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I blend this strategy during our intuitive sessions to help you resonate with what comes up during the session. Focusing on your personal development, I encourage people to engage in what is important to them, and to live life as their most authentic selves. I ask powerful questions to encourage deeper learning to help turn challenges to change. These questions also help shift your perspective allowing you to come to your own conclusions understanding you are creative, resourceful and whole.
